Boat Storage Info

In an effort to reduce problems and improve conditions in the Beresford Creek Landing boat storage area, the BCL Board has mandated that leases will be required for all vehicles, RV’s, boats and trailers occupying the facility.

There is a fee of $200 per year for each space.  The small charge will help offset costs for clean up and maintenance of the property.  Signs, lighting and other improvements will be considered by the Board as soon as they become economically feasible.

Please return a completed application to Community Management Group.  The lease may be downloaded here.  Several factors are involved in assigning space, including length and size of individual vehicles. 

Unregistered or un-tagged property is subject to towing or removal without notice.
