  •  It is imperative that each resident park in their designated parking space and refrain from using any other vacancy.   The parking tags are in force and monitored day & night, any vehicle parked in the garage without a tag will be subject to towing and liable for all towing fees.

a.      The Bee Street Lofts does NOT have guest parking so all guests must make other parking arrangements.  While there is limited street parking, there are wonderful parking garages located nearby surrounding MUSC, etc.  I know this can be inconvenient to some, but is necessary to ensure every Bee Street Lofts owner’s investment is protected.  Thank you for your cooperation!

b.       As some of you already know there is a towing service available to those who come home to find someone has wrongfully parked in your parking space, whether resident or individuals allowing those that are not residents to use the spaces of others as guest parking. As the POA, we will not be held liable for towing. You as Owners and Residents do however have the choice to have the vehicle in violation removed from the Parking Garage at the vehicle owner’s expense. There is NO GUEST PARKING permitted in the parking garage. The number to call should you require towing assistance is Gilchrist Towing 843.722.3551.

  • We now have new Entry/Exit gate arms for the garage.  There have been a few issues lately that need to be mentioned.

    a.       When entering the Parking Garage, once the gate has fully opened the gate arm will lift automatically.  Pulling all the way to the gate arm will not make it go up as it is timed with a sensor for the gate.  Cody has placed red metal vertical arms on the entrance arm in hopes to deter anyone from pulling up to close to the arm itself and causing damage.  NOTE: Bumping the gate arm will only damage it, not help it rise up.

    b.       It is important to note that NO tailgating is allowed through the entrance/exit gates.  This can cause damage to the gate arm, as well as the gates.  Repairs to the gates are costly and anyone in violation will be charged the repair fees plus possible additional fines.   Please DO NOT forget the gates are continuously monitored by cameras.  Owners with renters please stress this information to your tenant well.  Again, as we cannot collect from renters, your homeowner’s account will be billed for all fees/fines incurred by them and you will be responsible for collecting these fees direct from your tenant.
