We encourage all Farm at Wescott single family home owners to build this project, painted to match your fence or white:  No plan review is required for this, so long as it is built to specs.  An owner at your neighborhood will build this for you and install it for $150.  Contact us for details.

Driveway expansions are similarly permitted.  A plan is available free of charge and no plan review is required for this, so long as it is built to specs.
