Community Management Group does not routinely recommend certain vendors.  We will however share who the Association uses.  You should make your own investigation as to their references and use a vendor with which you are comfortable.

We do occasionally negotiate a good rate for our client homeowners from vendors that the Association uses.

Pressure Washing:  EnviroClean 345-9222.  Individual single story homes $55-60, payable at the time of service.  This does not include window washing.  EnviroClean does interior carpet cleaning, though we have not used them for this service.
