Neighborhood Reminders:
Check the wax seals on the toilets for possible leaks.  There seems to be a lot of this going around!

Crime Watch Notice: You live in a nice neighborhood, but everyone should still take precautions! Remember to lock doors, keep an eye out for neighborhood safety and report any suspicious behavior to the police.

REPLACE your $10 washer hoses when they are 3-4 years old.  A burst washer hose will cost big dollars!
