We've hired CMG to manage our HOA business. CMG is an outstanding company that works for multiple HOAs across three counties. They've sent a letter to all of us asking for current information. This is necessary in order to have updated records on all the lots within Brookwood. Hiring CMG was needed as the business side of the HOA requires a great deal of time. It also requires doing some tasks that are not so pleasing and damages our relationships we had before being elected as board members. Now we can focus on the needs of the community without the hindrances of the negative side of the business. Also we may view and pay Assessments online. All business conducted by CMG will be approved in advance by the Board. We encourage all of you to feel free to contact us as you always have.
