Inspection Policy
The following is a list of covenants violations that the
Enforcement Inspector looks for during community inspections.
- No parking in yard/off driveway
- Boats are permitted in driveways only until further
notice
- Daytime street parking will be a violation if
repetitive
- No overnight street parking
- Exterior modifications that have not obtained approval
- Satellite dishes, antennas (that have not obtained
approval)
- Signs (for sale signs are permitted)
- Play items in view (bicycle & toy storage)
- Trash cans visible on non-trash day
- Misc items in view (hoses, ladders, etc)
- Not picking up after pets
Fine assessment-
All violations will remain in “open” status for a 12 month
period. The violation may escalate every 10 days if problem is not corrected.
The violation may escalate with in the 12 month period if the violation is
repeated (even if it was originally corrected).
The fine assessment is as follows:
1st letter- 10 day warning
2nd letter- $25.00 fine
3rd letter- $50.00 fine
4th letter- $100.00 fine
5th letter- $200.00 fine
6th letter- $400.00 fine
If the violation is repetitive, the Board has the option to
assess a daily fine until the issue is rectified, or they may continue to assess
a $400.00 fine per occurrence after the 6th letter is sent.

- Trees & bush (trimming, dead removal)
- Adequate mulch/pine straw in beds
- Mold/mildew on siding
