Jerry Watson, PCAM, CMCA, AMS is the Community Manager for several properties.  Jerry attended FMU majoring in Business Administration and Accounting.  She moved to Charleston from Myrtle Beach in 2005 and has been involved in association management for 8 years.  She is in her second year of service to CAI's Legislative Action Committee.  Jerry understands the business from several perspectives and is a versatile, attentive and thorough manager.

Terri Barry, CMCA, AMS adds to the CMG team as a manager of a portfolio of communities throughout the area.  Terri has 12 years experience in varied roles related to Association Management and came to us years ago by way of a large scale HOA in Virginia.  Terri and Jerry Watson represented us at the 2008 and 2009 National CAI conferences.  She takes her responsibilities seriously and understands customer service. Terri is also a member of the Legislative action committee for Community Association Institute South Carolina Chapter. Our communities couldn't be more pleased to have Terri on the property. 

Terri also coordinates the work of our in-house maintenance techs and many outside-vendor projects.

Lynnette Rodriguez Nester is the manager of three communities and coordinator for several more. She is originally from New York and has lived in the south for about 6 years. She always has a positive attitude and works well in this fast-paced environment. Lynnette is highly motivated and doesn’t stop until she gets the job done. Aaron Hettesheimer, CMCA.  Originally from Ohio, Aaron moved to the south as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Aaron received his AA at Trident and his BS at the College of Charleston. He has been a part of the Community Management team for the past two and a half years working with community members and managers to maintain and protect the communities appearances. Aaron is a professional who is committed to success on all his properties. He does it through motivation, dedication ,and hard work.

Donna Haynes is our Accounting Department Manager.  Donna has more than 20 years experience in varied accounting roles including Staff Accountant, Tax Accountant and Corporate Controller.  Donna takes great pride in her work and is "delightfully perfectionistic."    We are thrilled to have Donna here.

Tracy Kapanke is our Closings Administrator and handles many responsibilities including maintenance of owner databases.  ...Often quite a challenge to sort through closing documents.  Tracy understands what we do and brings a high level of professionalism to our Group.  She handles a tremendous volume of work for her department and she does it all quite well.

Rhonda Collingham is our Covenants Inspector. She has an extensive background in customer service and worked for over a year at the office as our Violations Coordinator.  She now spends most of her work week in the car and at your community.

LaTasha Geathers is on our Accounting staff.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has 10 years of Accounting experience and currently teaches an occasional Accounting class for New School University in a program that is offered to nuclear soldiers working toward their B.S. degrees. We are very excited to add such an analytical and detail obsessive addition to our Accounting Department..

Kim Wagner is the Administrative Coordinator for Southampton Point. She moved to the area in 2007 from New Jersey and loves living in South Carolina. An extensive background in real estate appraising and customer service along with a very outgoing personality is an asset when helping the homeowners of Southampton Pointe.

Suzanne Carriere is our Customer Service Liaison at our main office. Suzanne has an extensive background in customer service and operating multiple lines.  She is happy to help you with any of your Association matters and can quickly and easily find a solution to most any issue.

Michael Ferrazzano is our Staff Horticulturist.  Michael has more than 30 years of landscape management experience in the Lowcountry. He began his career as the first Landscape Director for Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms, after which he founded and managed an award winning, landscape services company. Michael travels to all of our communities regularly to ensure that common-area landscapes and amenities are kept in optimal condition. He evaluates the over/under use of irrigation; the overall maintenance and appearance of the properties; and provides managers with suggestions for improvements. In this way, Michael keeps each contracted landscaping company accountable for its work and ensures that your Association gets the best value for its money.
