Steve
Peck is our Director of Community Management. Steve has managed
Associations and condominium regimes since 1991 and been involved with
construction and development since the 1980s. Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the SC chapter of
the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has earned the designations
of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the National
Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and Association Management
Specialist (AMS) from CAI.

Jerry
Watson, PCAM, CMCA, AMS. Jerry completed her PCAM in 2008
- the highest-level certification from the Community Associations Institute
- a significant achievement for which the whole CMG team is very proud!
Jerry is the Community Manager for several of our primarily
site-managed properties and she mentors several other managers. Jerry attended FMU majoring in Business
Administration and Accounting. She moved to Charleston from
Myrtle Beach in 2005 and has been involved in association management for 8
years. Jerry understands the business from several perspectives and is a versatile,
attentive and thorough manager.

Terri Barry, CMCA
adds to the CMG team as a manager of a portfolio of communities throughout the
area. Terri has
several years experience in varied roles related to Association Management and
came to us years ago by way of a large scale HOA in Virginia. Terri and Jerry
represented us at the 2008 National CAI conference. She takes her
responsibilities seriously and understands customer service. Our communities couldn't be more pleased to have Terri on the property.
Terri also coordinates the work of our in-house maintenance techs and many
outside-vendor projects.

Natalie
Kearney is the Manager
of Village Green HOA, Village Green Recreation Association, Pineland Heights, and co-manager of both Island Club II and the Peninsula. Natalie recently moved to Charleston from Virginia, where she worked for three years in Commercial Property Management. She has a BA in Political Science and is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of South Carolina. Natalie is attentive, motivated, and committed to bringing excellence to each of her communities.

Jenni
Binzen has worked at our Southampton Pointe
community for some time as Administrative Coordinator (Assistant Manager) but
was promoted to Site Manager for Bee Street Lofts in 2007.
This is a fantastic community that benefits greatly from

for two communities, working from the main office. A Charleston local,
Jennifer has a degree in Psychology and 3+ years of residential and apartment
management experience.

Melo, CMCA is
an asset to our Group, with the professionalism, dedication and persistence to
serve the communities in which she manages. 8 years of her prior service industry
career have been in Multi-family Housing as a Licensed Property Manager with
training and certifications in REAC, Elderly Issues, HVAC, Human Resources,
Disaster Preparedness, Neighborhood Networks and Fair Housing. Terri manages a
portfolio of communities and also administers Design Review Boards for custom home communities.

is our newest Community Manager. Jill comes to us with over 11 years of Property Management experience including maintenance management, budget administration, contract negotiation and vendor relations. Leslie
Keefe is the Covenants Compliance
Manager for our communities.
Leslie has degrees in Criminal Justice and Paralegal and holds certificates in
law enforcement, corrections and private investigation. Leslie has the thankless job of reviewing
properties for Covenants and rule violations
and spends quite a bit of time on the road and on the phone with owners.
The often-negative nature of
Enforcement would take a toll on most people. Leslie is a polite and patient person; it rolls right off her back. We are very
glad to have Leslie in this role.

Donna Haynes
is our Accounting Department Manager. Donna has
more than 20 years experience in varied accounting roles including Staff Accountant, Tax Accountant and Corporate Controller.
Donna
takes great pride in her work and is "delightfully perfectionistic."

Kapanke is our Accounting
Administrator and handles many responsibilities including
maintenance of owner databases. ...Often quite a challenge to sort through
closing documents.
Tracy understands what we do and brings a high level of professionalism to our

does it all quite well.

LaTasha Geathers is our Accounts Payable Clerk and comes to us with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has 10 years of Accounting experience and currently teaches an occasional Accounting class for New School University in a program that is offered to nuclear soldiers working toward their B.S. degrees. We are very excited to add such an analytical and detail obsessive addition to our Accounting Department..
