Status Key Community Managers with over twenty-five professional credentials Steve Peck has managed Associations and condominium regimes since 1991 and been involved with construction and development since the 1980s. Steve served two terms on the Board of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-SC) and several years as Vice President. He has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers and Association Management Specialist (AMS) from CAI. He is also CPO certified by the state of South Carolina.

 Terri Barry, PCAM, CMCA, AMS adds to the CMG team as a manager of a portfolio of communities throughout the area. Terri has 12 years experience in varied roles related to Association Management and came to us years ago by way of a large scale HOA in Virginia. Terri and Jerry Watson represented us at prior years' National CAI conferences. She takes her responsibilities seriously and understands customer service. Terri is also a member of the Legislative action committee for Community Association Institute South Carolina Chapter. Our communities couldn't be more pleased to have Terri on the property. Andy Anderson is a native of South Carolina. He has a Bachelors of Arts in History from Clemson University and attended graduate school at Winthrop University before moving to Charleston. He has over four years experience in upscale resort and hotel management. Andy works with the helpdesk and divides his time between the Toyota Prius and the office. Andy helps owners’ understanding of rules compliance and related matters and assists with education about Covenants and Board-adopted regulations. Andy genuinely cares about property owners and your property values.
