Landscape Company is onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.

During the month of April they will be focusing on weed control They will also be going through the irrigation system.
They will also be spraying shrubs with fungicide and generating a list of dead plants/trees on the property.
Their intent is to fertilize the plants in May and grass in June after it has completely greened up

Termite Schedule

The following are the dates for the Annual Termite Inspections that we currently have on the schedule for April. Each unit has been or will be mailed a yellow post card as a reminder of the inspection date and approximate time prior to the inspection. Please remember that these schedules are subject to change depending on the weather conditions on the day of the inspections.
